The 1000 Hour Massage Therapy Program is the starting point for a professional Massage Thererapist. This 1000 hour comprehensive program equips students with a firm understanding of the basic skills necessary to be an effective healer for many years to come.

In this program, Academy of Natural Therapy covers the topics of Kinesiology; Anatomy and Physiology; Shiatsu; Reflexology; Prenatal and delivery support; introduction to Nutrition and Herbs; holistic theories of wellness; and communication skills for a more effective therapeutic relationship with clients.

Additionally other classes such as advanced bodywork like Neuromuscular Therapy and introduction to Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Massage will be covered.

Upon completion of this program the student will receive a 1000 Hour Massage Therapy Certificate with optional Certificates of Completion in Reflexology and Chair Massage depending on the full completion of requirements in those courses.
