Advanced Deep Tissue

This course is an in-depth look at full-body, deep tissue massage. The focus will be on teaching techniques to deepen pressure for the client and the therapist in a safe and effective way. Students gain practical application techniques and specific body mechanic suggestions to deepen pressure without strain for the therapist. The techniques learned will specifically focus on the full-body, one-hour to one and one-half hour sessions. Students also learn indications and contraindications for deep tissue massage.
