Please Note: The estimates above apply to full-time, first-time degree/certificate-seeking undergraduate students only.
Please note that personal scholarships from your work or school, are not included with the calculated average scholarship amount. Also note, that some people may have less room and board and personal expenses than others, and consider that the Academy of Natural Therapy uses the national average for those figures. Please note that just because there are no averages in the different EFC amounts, that does not mean that there are not Pell grants, for those who qualify, with those EFC amounts, it just means the Academy had fewer than 3 people in each of those categories.
These estimates do not represent a final determination, or actual award, of financial assistance or a final net
price; they are only estimates based on price of attendance and financial aid provided to students in 2009-10.
Price of attendance and financial aid availability change year to year. These estimates shall not be binding on
the Secretary of Education, the institution of higher education, or the State.
Not all students receive financial aid. In 2009-10, 90% of our full-time students enrolling
for college for the first time received grant/scholarship aid. Students may also be eligible
for student loans and work-study. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA) in order to determine their eligibility for Federal financial aid that includes
Federal grant, loan, or work-study assistance. For more information on applying for
Federal student aid, go to
http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/. Please keep in mind that the Academy of Natural Therapy's 1000 Hour Certificate program is runs longer than one Academic year. Therefore, the total cost for that program is $18,000. This also means that the student, if qualifying, may receive more Pell grants in the last 100 hours of the program. This price is all-inclusive and includes the cost of books and all materials. There is no extra fees.
Please note that your tuition may be different if you transfer in approved credits. Please also note that some students receive funding from VA benefits, private scholarships, employee tuition remissions, gift funding, and other sourcs.
